Description: $5b+ Hedge Fund in New York seeks talented, highly motivated Operations Generalist.  This role offers opportunities to work with multiple departments of the firm, including Trading, Technology, Legal and Compliance and Risk Management.  Responsibilities include:  P&L and NAV reporting, trade desk support, interactions with Prime Brokers and Administrators, treasury functions, vendor selection, market event valuations, collateral/margin monitoring and risk and cost analysis.  Ideal candidates will have a strong academic record, a familiarity with database software platforms and 5-10 years of industry experience.
