Winnipeg-based investment dealer Wellington West Capital Markets has hired analyst Sean Peasgood to oversee cleantech and technology plays.

Peasgood, formerly of Canadian Imperial Bank of Commerce (CIBC) World Markets, the dealer unit of the bank, replaces Greg Reid, who is moving over the wall to lead Wellington West’s investment banking coverage of cleantech and technology companies.

Reid, a founding partner of Wellington West, is taking over from Paul Rajchgod, who is taking time off.
