Brevan Howard Asset Management has added a Morgan Stanley trader.
London-based Brevan, which lost founding member Jean-Philippe Blochet last year, has nabbed Geoffrey Houlot from Morgan, Bloomberg News reports. Houlot worked on the investment bank’s proprietary trading desk in London.
Houlot has been at Morgan Stanley for eight years, the last four as a managing director. His tenure at the firm was interrupted by a year-long stint at Goldman Sachs.
