Law firm Tannenbaum Helpern Syracuse & Hirschtritt has hired Brian Haskel as a partner in the firm's corporate practice group. In his new role, he will advise on alternative investments, private equity and issues involving Securities Exchange Commission law and regulation.
Haskel will also have senior responsibility for developing the firm's corporate practice, working closely with the financial services and the real estate teams on capital formation transactions, venture capital transactions, private placement transactions and
restructurings.
Haskel most recently aserved as counsel at Weil, Gotshal & Manges.
