The co-manager of GLG Partners’ flagship hedge fund is leaving the London-based, New York-listed firm.

Jason McKay will step down by the end of the year, The Telegraph reports. His co-manager, John White, will continue to manage the firm’s U.K. Alpha Select Fund.

“I have greatly enjoyed my time at GLG but have decided to move on to new challenges and spend more time with my family,” McKay said.
