Fund of hedge funds shop Prisma Capital Partners has hired Anthony Pennetti, formerly of Meridian Capital Partners, to boost its marketing and client management team.
The newly-minted managing director will focus on selling Prisma’s products to platform distribution channels, the New York-based firm said.
“Tony is an excellent addition to our team and brings more than 25 years of tailored experience in marketing and sales of institutional products to Prisma,” Girish Reddy, managing partner, said. “We are pleased to have him on board in bolstering our high-level offering to both current and prospective clients.”
At Meridian, Pennetti headed U.S. and European distribution. He’s also done stints at hedge fund Deerfield Capital Management and Lehman Brothers Alternative Investment Management.
