Hedge fund administrator Spectrum Global Fund Administration has named its chief administrative officer and general counsel, Carol Burke, its CEO. Burke replaces former CEO and founder Michael Griffin, who now sports the title of executive chairman.
Griffin founded Spectrum in 1998. The firm currently serves some 150 funds and 40 legal entities with approximately $20 billion in assets under administration.
