Backstop Solutions Group, a software provider to alternative asset managers, has launched its InvestorBridge service, an investor relations and reporting platform.
InvestorBridge can be integrated into a manager’s existing Web site or implemented as a stand-alone Web portal, according to the firm. It offers industry-standard security and encryption, tools to customize access for different audiences and the ability to publish account information from most accounting and investor relations software.
“InvestorBridge was designed by hedge funds, for hedge funds, and therefore helps managers to bridge the gap in investor reporting without excessive investments in infrastructure and support,” said BSG President and CEO Jeremie Bacon.
Backstop was founded in 2003 and currently services clientele with more than $80 billion in assets under management.
