JPMorgan Chase has replaced Sanjiv Sawhney, last month named head of global fund services at Citigroup, as head of its Luxembourg custodial office.
Laurent Vanderweyen joins JPMorgan from RBC Dexia, where he was managing director of its office in the Grand Duchy. JPMorgan is the largest custodian in Luxembourg, with US$468 billion in assets under custody.
Sawhney is now head of fund administration for hedge funds, private equity funds and mutual funds at Citi.
