Hambro Adds Hedge Fund Marketing Specialist

J O Hambro Investment Management has named a hedge fund marketing veteran to head its own hedge fund marketing operations.

James Du Boulay is the new manager of funds distribution at J O Hambro in London. In his new post, Du Boulay is charged with overseeing the marketing of the firm’s Pepin and Tai Chi hedge funds, as well as its UCITS III-compliant offerings.

“James has a very successful track record of increasing inflows into long-only and hedge fund products and launching new funds to the market,” new boss Stephen Browne, head of marketing in J O Hambro’s sales and marketing division, said. “Having someone of his calibre working in our team will undoubtedly support plans for the growth of the fund business.”

Du Boulay joins from HIM Capital, where he served as head of sales and marketing.
