Morgan Nabs Hedge Fund Marketer From SocGen

Morgan Stanley has hired a Société Générale veteran to boost its hedge fund marketing effort at its London private bank.

Pierre-David Bertin has been named a vice president and hedge fund specialist at Morgan Stanley Private Wealth Management. He’ll work in the product development and alternatives groups, charged with marketing hedge funds to investment advisors, Wealth Bulletin reports.

Bertin worked in corporate and investment banking at SocGen.
