Mar 6 2007 | 9:58am ET

Global placement agent Atlantic-Pacific Capital has added three investment professionals to its ranks. Paul Arena joins the firm as a principal to focus on raising capital for real estate transactions and funds, while Rebecca Chia and Margaret Ware join the firm as analysts to focus on project management, deal execution and client servicing.

Prior to joining Atlantic-Pacific, Arena served as a senior vice president in the advisory services division at The Carlton Group. Chia previously served as an investment-banking analyst in the global communications and media group at Lehman Brothers, where she worked on a number of advisory and financing transactions across a broad range of media-related sectors.

Ware was most recently an investment-banking analyst for the alternative capital markets group at UBS, where she participated in all aspects of alternative capital origination and execution for private placement transactions.
