Jun 8 2010 | 9:34am ET

UBS has a new prime brokerage chief in Singapore, just a year after naming its last hedge fund servicers head in the city-state.

David Forsyth will return to UBS in the middle of the month to take over its Singapore prime brokerage after a two-year absence. Before leaving UBS in 2008 for a consulting post, Forsyth led Australian prime brokerage sales for the firm.

Forsyth’s predecessor, Alastair Sclater, is remaining with UBS, taking over as head of its Singapore office.
