Norwest Equity Promotes Two

Middle-market private equity firm Norwest Equity Partners has promoted Timothy Kuehl to partner and Todd Solow to principal.

Kuehl joined NEP in 1998 and is responsible for evaluating potential investments, sourcing acquisition opportunities, coordinating due diligence and supporting the structuring, negotiating and closing of the firm's buyout activities.

Solow came aboard in 2003 and is evaluates investment opportunities, performs due diligence and manages correspondence with legal counsel, other professionals and company management.
