CalSTRS Searches For Alternative Investment Consultant

The $157.9 billion California State Teachers' Retirement System is looking for an alternative investment consultant to provide recommendations to its investment committee related to the overall investment strategy, policies and practices of its alternative investment program.

The alternative investment consultant will work closely with the CalSTRS investment committee to monitor and advise on the alternative investment portfolio performance and policy.

The deadline for proposals is March 30 and a selection is expected by July 1. A copy of the request for proposal is available at www.CalSTRS.com/rfp.
