Hedge fund firm Frontier Capital Management is shaking up its top leadership.

The British firm has promoted Colin Hodges to CEO, replacing founder Michael Azlen. Hodges has been chief operating officer.

Azlen, for his part, was named executive chairman in the “minor repositioning of roles within the company,” Hodges told Pensions & Investments.

In addition, portfolio manager Marc Davies was named to succeed David Cienfuegos as head of investments. Cienfuegos has left the firm to join Spanish firm RentaMarkets.
