U.K. Firm Lists FOF On Irish Exchange

Absolute Return Partners has listed its Millennium Wave Fund, a multi-strategy fund of funds, on the Irish Stock Exchange.

The Millenium fund was launched in March 2006 and through January 31 has ranked in the top 10 among some 488 diversified funds of hedge funds, as measured by Hedge Fund Research, according to the firm.
 
The fund specializes in identifying emerging managers investing in niche sectors, such as catastrophe bonds, weather derivatives, financing of life insurance polices and private investments in public equity. The concentrated vehicle invests in a maximum of 14 underlying managers across seven to10 strategies through a bottom-up fund selection process.
