Alternative investment administrator Trinity Fund Administration has named Peter O’Dwyer to its board of directors. O’Dwyer has been an adviser to Trinity since 2004, and, as a director, will focus on international growth and marketing of the business, which currently serves more than 70 funds.
“Peter brings a wealth of experience in alternative fund structuring, as well as a broad knowledge of administrative and regulatory issues affecting our clients,” John McCann, Trinity’s managing director, said. “We are delighted that Peter is joining the board, as he has made a significant contribution to our organization over the past three years.”
