Trinity Appoints New Board Member

Alternative investment administrator Trinity Fund Administration has named Peter O’Dwyer to its board of directors. O’Dwyer has been an adviser to Trinity since 2004, and, as a director, will focus on international growth and marketing of the business, which currently serves more than 70 funds.

“Peter brings a wealth of experience in alternative fund structuring, as well as a broad knowledge of administrative and regulatory issues affecting our clients,” John McCann, Trinity’s managing director, said. “We are delighted that Peter is joining the board, as he has made a significant contribution to our organization over the past three years.”
