Paul Hastings Adds Nine PE Experts To Chicago Office

Law firm Paul, Hastings, Janofsky & Walker has added nine lawyers to the firm’s corporate practice in Chicago.

The group of lawyers will focus on expanding the firm’s private equity practice and their hire follows the recent arrivals to the Chicago office of Thad Malik and Jill Sheiman

The nine lawyers joining are Ryan McLennan, Amit Mehta, Paul Quinn, Richard Radnay, Brian Richards, Chris Sheaffer, Kim Thompson Smith, Jim Smulkowski, and Jeff Terry.

"The arrival of these highly experienced corporate lawyers to the Chicago office is evidence of our commitment to deepen the breadth and scope of services we can offer our clients," said Elizabeth Noe, chair of Paul Hastings corporate practice. "This group strengthens our global private equity and mergers and acquisitions practices."
