Jefferies Asset Management has hired Joseph Pescatore as a managing director of marketing for the firm's multi-strategy asset management platform. Most recently, Pescatore worked in fundraising for private equity firm Energy Capital Partners. He previously founded and headed the capital introduction groups at both UBS Investment Bank and Lehman Brothers.
