JPMorgan's Ferguson To Head Commercial Bank Hedge Fund Biz.

JPMorgan Chase has appointed Thelma Ferguson as head of its commercial bank's hedge fund business.

Ferguson has headed middle-market commercial lending at Chase for the last two years. She previously served as the bank's Louisville, Ky., market president.

In addition to the hedge fund business, Ferguson was also named head of middle-market banking in the Northeast and of financial institutions in the commercial divison.

"As an experienced banker, Thelma Ferguson understands what business owners need to be successful,” Todd Maclin, CEO of Chase Commercial Banking, said. “Thelma and her team will help our clients manage their cash flow, their receivables, their international ambitions and their employee programs.”
