Henderson Global Investors has lost its head of hedge fund sales to alternative investments firm TT International.

Donald Pepper will lead TT's marketing effort, Financial News reports. He had spent three years at Henderson and New Star Asset Management, which was acquired by Henderson last year.

Henderson confirmed that Pepper had left his post earlier this month. The firm said it was actively searching for Pepper's successor.

TT International manages long-only and long/short funds focused on Europe, the U.K. and Asia. It also features a Shariah-complaint European equity fund.
