San Francisco-based private equity services firm Probitas Partners has added UBS veteran Adam Frieman to its New York office as a principal.
Frieman has experience in sourcing, underwriting and M&A, and founded the bank’s equity risk management group. Most recently, he served as deputy head of U.S. capital markets. Before joining UBS, he worked at Bankers Trust, where he co-founded its strategic equity derivatives group.
At Probitas, Frieman will focus on relationship and liquidity management for the firm’s limited partner clients.
