Kima Names Accountant McManus CFO

Nov 5 2010 | 11:16am ET

Kima Capital Management has hired an outside accountant to serve as its new CFO.

The Melbourne, Australia-based firm, founded last year by Marble Bar Asset Management veteran Justin Klintberg, named Michael McManus to the post. McManus is no stranger to Kima’s operations, having worked on the firm’s account at a local accounting firm.

Kima currently manages US$37 million, a figure expected to grow to US$51 million this month. It is also off to a flying start, having returned more than 20% since its debut last summer.
