Insparo Adds Operations Analyst for Africa & ME Fund

U.K.-based Insparo Asset Management has appointed Merihan Tadrous as operations analyst.

In her new post, Tadrous will work closely with Insparo chief operating officer Jon Laidlow and finance & operations manager James Gore in the day-to-day operations of the firm’s Africa and Middle East fund. She will take responsibility for all operational duties including trade settlement cycle, cash and position reconciliations.

Prior to joining Insparo, Merihan spent five years at GlobeOp Financial Services where she managed the operations team in Mumbai.

The Insparo Africa & Middle East Fund makes investments in a range of sectors across the MENA and Sub-Saharan Africa regions. The fund has produced consistently strong performance, with a year-to-date return of 19% contributing to a total return of 37% since inception in July 2008.
