Hedge Fund Law Firm Expands To Monaco

Dec 21 2010 | 8:47am ET

Hedge fund law firm D. Harris & Co. International is opening a new office in Monaco.

The new office will provide hedge funds that are based in the posh principality with advice on complex legal issues.

Andrew Campbell, a senior lawyer at the firm who specializes in swaps and prime brokerage, will be D. Harris’ first staffer in Monaco.

“We are very excited about the prospect of doing business in Monaco, which we see as an increasingly relevant location for the principals of some of our clients,” said the firm's namesake Daniel Harris. “Andrew and his team will support the work conducted by the firm in London and Zurich from the new Monaco office.”

London-based D. Harris opened its Swiss office earlier this year.
