SAC Tech. Analysts, Asia Portfolio Manager Out

Three members of SAC Capital Advisors’ Sigma Capital unit have left the firm.

Portfolio manager Howard Man and analysts Max Jellinek and George Minett departed at the end of last year, Hedge Fund Alert reports. Jellinek and Minett covered technology stocks at Sigma, as well as media and telecommunications, on portfolio manager Dipak Patel’s New York-based team.

Man managed Asian financials from Hong Kong. He started at SAC in 2008 after working at Sansar Capital Management and ABN Amro.
