Fund of hedge funds shop Meridian Capital Partners has hired Anthony Pennetti as a managing director in charge of business development and client services. Pennetti will report to John Sica, Meridian's president.
Prior t o joining Meridian, Pennetti worked for fixed-income shop Deerfield Capital Management as well as Lehman Brothers, DLJ/Credit Suisse First Boston and JP Morgan & Co.
Meridian currently manages in excess of $3 billion of individual and institutional assets.
