Feb 4 2011 | 12:29pm ET

Jason Morley will don three hats at Juniperhill—the majority woman-owned structured asset hedge fund firm has appointed him chief financial officer, chief operating officer and chief compliance officer.

Morley brings 12 years’ diverse financial services experience to his new post, including auditing, accounting, taxation, real estate, financial planning and portfolio management. In addition to his new roles at Juniperhill, Morley will remain the controller for Atlantic-Pacific Capital, a broker-dealer focused on raising funds for private equity clients.

Previously, Morley worked for Piermont Wealth Management, managing in excess of $110 million for high net worth clients. Before that, he served as acting CFO of Punk, Ziegel & Company, (now part of Ladenburg Thalmann), a broker-dealer with over $300 million under management. Morley, a certified public accountant and financial partner, started his career at Deloitte & Touche.

Yvonne Beri of Silver Leaf Partners will support the fund’s marketing efforts as a third-party marketer. Her efforts will be in conjunction with the fund’s internal marketing.
