Hedge fund administrator OpHedge Investment Services has lost its top lawyer. Robert Harris has joined law firm Levett Rockwood in the hedge fund hotspot of Westport, Conn.

At Levett, Harris will focus on business law, including hedge funds.

"We are delighted to have Rob join Levett Rockwood," managing shareholder Christopher Graham said. "His extensive experience in the investment and hedge fund industry, as well as his commercial litigation background, will add depth to the capabilities we offer our clients with respect to investment funds, business counseling and commercial litigation."

In addition to serving as OpHedge's general counsel, Harris was chief administrative officer and corporate secretary.
