Feb 22 2011 | 11:31am ET

Seasons Capital Management's Craig Skaling has joined Barry "Skip" Tague and Paul "Andy" Stenovec to launch a hedge fund.

Skaling will serve as CFO of the newly formed RBI Capital Management, which launched the RBI Capital Partners fund last month with $8 million, HedgeFund.net reports. The fund will begin accepting outside capital on March 1, 2011.

Seasons, like RBI based in San Francisco, closed its doors in June after its assets dropped from a peak of $2.8 billion to under $1 billion. Seasons was founded by Duquesne Capital Management veteran Ravi Kaza.
