Independent Hedge Fund Director Firm Hires Ivy, Sciens Vet.

HedgeDirector, which seeks to provide independent directors to hedge funds, has added another name to its roster.

Robert Meschi will be made available to serve on hedge fund boards by the company.

Robert MeschiRobert MeschiA one-time financial journalist, Meschi has spent the past 14 years in the funds of hedge funds industry at Ivy Asset Management and Sciens Hedge Fund Management.

"Bob is a great addition to the team, he has an extensive background in hedge fund investing, but also has wide-ranging experience in the structuring of alternative funds across different legal jurisdiction," HedgeDirector founder Kevin Ryan said.
