Mar 29 2011 | 12:17pm ET

Former Schroders executive and fund manager Jamie Stuttard has joined Fidelity Investments.

Stuttard, who left Schroders earlier this year, was named a portfolio manager at Fido's London office, which exclusively services institutional investors. He'll work both for Fidelity Research & Management and Pyramis Global Advisers when he starts this summer, Financial News reports.

Stuttard had been head of Schroder's European fixed-income business. His six funds are now managed by Philippe Lespinard, the former Brevan Howard Asset Management executive.
