May 10 2007 | 12:10pm ET

Mark Pearl, a managing partner of Henderson Capital Management, has joined PerTrac Financial Solutions’ advisory board. The board, which consists of a geographically diverse group of alternative investment industry leaders, was formed last year to help guide the strategic vision of PerTrac and its product lines.

Pearl is also a member of Angel Healthcare Investors, a firm that funds early healthcare companies.

“Mark Pearl brings a unique collection of expertise to PerTrac including experience in the high net worth and family office market, the alternative investment industry and the business of building companies,” said Gerry Mintz, president and CEO of PerTrac. “We are confident that he will add great value as we evolve our business model and grow the company.”

Other members of PerTrac’s advisory board include Chairman Josh Lewis, founder and managing principal of Salmon River Capital, a private equity/venture capital firm; Patrick Fauchier, chairman of the Fauchier Partners Group; and Reza Farman-Farmaian, co-founder of Alternative Investments S.A.
