Equity Fund Services Names Schaeffer U.S. Chief

Equity Trust Group, a provider of trust, fiduciary and fund administration services, recently opened the U.S. office for subsidiary Equity Fund Services and named Robert Schaeffer as managing director charged with leading the effort.

Schaeffer will be responsible for promoting and expanding the firm’s global fund services for alternative funds in the U.S.

Prior to joining the firm, Schaeffer served as marketing director for the financial services practice at Eisner, LLP, New York, where he was responsible for the fund administration group. Before that, he was director of business development at Rothstein Kass & Co. in New Jersey and also served as business development manager at KPMG Peat Marwick.
