Montage Investments, which brings together boutique asset managers with approximately $8 billion AUM, has appointed an executive team to lead distribution efforts.
David Henriksen, head of distribution, Anthony Carrubba, national sales manager, and Jenny Rhodus, director of national accounts, joined the firm recently and will lead the team of 17 professionals in providing wholesaling support to financial advisors, institutions and consultants.
Henriksen has 30 years’ experience in the finance sector. He comes to his new post from a Montage affiliate, Tortoise Capital Partners, where his responsibilities included portfolio management and product development. Prior to his work at Tortoise, Henriksen held several positions with Great Plains Energy, where he served as vice president of strategy and investor relations. Earlier in his career, Henriksen held corporate development and M&A positions with various firms, including Koch Industries and CGF Industries.
Carrubba has 24 years of experience in financial services industry leadership, including sales, marketing and product development. Most recently, Carrubba was with Ivy Funds for 10 years, as vice president of strategic accounts overseeing Ivy’s RIA and retirement distribution efforts. Prior to joining Ivy Funds, Carrubba was with Prudential Investments, where he was responsible for management and product development for mutual fund and separate account fee-based programs.
Rhodus brings 11 years of investment industry sales, marketing and leadership experience to her role. Prior to joining, Rhodus was national director of the RIA channel for Ivy Funds, where she was responsible for sales team leadership, strategic planning and new market development. She has also held the position of national accounts manager, serving the wirehouse, RIA and retirement channels.
