Signet, a $1.5 billion fund of hedge funds group based in the UK and the U.S., has tapped Marco Meli as a senior investment specialist.
In his new post, Meli will focus on customized investment products and investor relations in German- and French-speaking Europe.
Meli, who has over 10 years’ experience in the financial industry, comes to Signet from the Swiss-based EIM, where he managed fund of funds portfolios for institutional investors and developed tailor-made products.
Tim Gardner, Signet’s global head of sales, said: “The essence of bringing Marco on board is that he brings with him a combination of marketing, portfolio management and client relations skills that will enhance Signet’s existing customized product offering. Marco will be a terrific addition to the team.”
