New York-based 360 Global Capital has launched a UCITS III-compliant version of its flagship hedge fund.
The new HFR-360 Ucits Fund employs 360's equity long/short strategy for HFR Asset Management's UCITS platform, HFMWeek reports. The $40 million global fund employs quantitative risk management and is helmed by Stadia Capital co-founder Enrique Abeyta, who set up 360 four years ago.
The Dublin-domiciled fund features weekly liquidity with five days' notice and no lock-up period. It has a $1 million minimum investment requirement and charges 2% for management and 20% for performance.
Abeyta founded 360 in 2007 after six years at Stadia, where he served as chief risk officer, chief marketing officer and portfolio manager.
