Ex-Voras Manager Brunsberg To GE Capital

Ellen Brunsberg has landed at GE Capital following her departure from hedge fund Voras Capital Management earlier this year.

Brunsberg was named head of capital markets in Europe, the Middle East and Africa at the General Electric unit, Reuters reports. She'll start at the firm's London office next month.

Brunsberg left Voras, the struggling hedge fund founded by former Morgan Stanley president Zoe Cruz, after Cruz shuttered its credit fund, which had been managed by Brunsberg. Brunsberg, who was also head of Voras' London office, chose to leave the firm.

Before co-founding Voras, Brunsberg was head of Morgan Stanley's European structured finance business.
