Hedge fund veteran Rob Blaxland has joined JPMorgan Chase's stock research team in London.

Blaxland has been named head of product management in equity research, Financial News reports. JPMorgan in an internal memo said that Blaxland will "form an important link between research, sales and trading," working to "fully commercialize and leverage our global research offering."

Blaxland joins from Rubicon Fund Management, where he handled business development until March. He formerly worked at Polar Capital in product management after more than a decade at Morgan Stanley.
