BNP FX Hedge Fund Salesman Urbanek Out

BNP Paribas hedge fund sales specialist Peter Urbanek has left the French bank.

Urbanek, who worked in foreign exchange sales, spent less than a year at BNP, having joined the bank in January. His departure follows that of two BNP forex executives, Clive Banks and John Chase, although it is unclear whether his exit is related to theirs or what his future plans are, FX Week reports.

Prior to joining BNP in London, Urbanek was a hedge fund sales analyst at JPMorgan Chase and in fixed-income at Credit Suisse.
