Lehman Names Goss Cap Intro Head

Lehman Brothers has named Thomas Goss as head of U.S. capital introductions. He will report to Mandy Mannix globally and Steve Silberstein locally.

Goss has been with the firm since 1993 serving in various capacities, including serving in equity syndicate roles in Tokyo and Hong Kong, then portfolio sales roles in New York. In 2005, he was asked to lead recruiting, training and development for equities.

Goss’ team will include Bill Bassin, who has been with the firm for two years, and Laura Mariano, a 20-year Lehman vet.
