Alternative Investment Management Taps Donna Toth as COO

New York-based Alternative Investment Management has hired Blackstone vet Donna Toth as chief operating officer.

Toth who will be based in New York reporting directly to AIM president Jonathan Harris, was a founder and managing principal of Park Hill Group, Blackstone’s third-party global placement agent arm. In that role, she was responsible for directing all operational and financial functions of the business.

Previously, she was the chief financial officer at Atlantic-Pacific Capital, a global boutique placement agent, responsible for compliance and financial reporting. Before that, Toth was the controller and director of financial reporting at Ziff Brothers Investments. Toth began her career at Price Waterhouse.

AIM is a privately owned investment management firm that invests in hedge and private equity funds.
