Eden Rock Capital Management, an asset-based lending and structured finance shop, has made three new hires. David Gervais has joined the investment team, where he is focusing on the firm's asset based lending exposures. Prior to joining Eden Rock, Gervais worked in Bank of America’s asset-based lending arm, Bank of America Business Capital, where he advised clients on legal, financial and structuring issues relating to potential ABL deals across continental Europe.
Huan Ke, formerly with Financial Risk Management, has joined the firm as general counsel. Ke served as a senior vice president at FRM and joint head of the transaction legal business department as well as a member of the business risk group.
In addition, Emma Tod has joined the firm’s marketing department as relationship manager. Tod has been with Numis Securities for the past five years, where she was an initial core member of the equity capital markets team and also Head of Investor Relations.
