Milwaukee-based wealth manager Robert W. Baird & Co will appoint Paul Bail as a managing director to its investment banking team in London, effective February 1.

Bail will leverage his “deep relationships and more than 20 years of industry experience” to expand Baird’s debt advisory offering to its European clients.
