Milwaukee-based wealth manager Robert W. Baird & Co will appoint Paul Bail as a managing director to its investment banking team in London, effective February 1.
Bail will leverage his “deep relationships and more than 20 years of industry experience” to expand Baird’s debt advisory offering to its European clients.
Bail comes to Baird from Investec Bank, where he served as director, debt advisory-private equity transactions, responsible for growing the private equity-related debt advisory business and building on an existing corporate debt advisory business and a private equity coverage initiative.
