London-based Davide Leone and Partners has snared a TPG-Axon Capital Management lawyer to serve as its in-house counsel.
Mia Harding, who spent over four years at TPG-Axon Capital, was named general counsel at David Leone, a year-old event-driven hedge fund. Prior to joining TPG-Axon, Harding worked at Goldman Sachs, Credit Suisse and Allen & Overy.
It is unclear whether a replacement for Harding has been named at TPG-Axon.
Davide Leone is run by its namesake, who spent more than a decade at Farallon Capital Management before launching his DL Partners Opportunities Fund last year.
