Perella Weinberg Names Haas Asset Management Deputy Chief

Perella Weinberg Partners has hired a Morgan Stanley managing director to help lead its asset management division.

Sandra Haas was named a partner and deputy head of asset management at the New York firm. "We are thrilled to have Sandy join Perella Weinberg Partners," new boss and firm co-founder Terry Meguid said. "Sandy has a breadth of experience and established networks in the investment space, which will greatly benefit our team as we seek to drive growth initiatives in our business."

At Morgan Stanley, Hass was head of pensions, endowments and foundations coverage. Her résumé also boasts stints at Morgan Stanley's prime brokerage business, Bankers Trust and Deloitte and Touche.
