Ex-Nomura Hedge Salesman To UBS FX

A former top Nomura Holdings hedge fund salesman has moved to UBS.

Louis Curran was named co-head of institutional foreign exchange sales in Singapore at the Swiss bank, FX Week reports. He and his co-head, Dino Spinelli, will focus on selling the bank's products to leveraged and real-money clients in Asia, where Curran will move from London.

At Nomura, Curran was co-head of hedge fund sales in Europe, the Middle East and Africa.

Before joining Nomura, Curran worked at Citigroup and Merrill Lynch.
