FIM Boosts Research, Risk Teams

U.K.-based fund of hedge funds adviser FIM Advisers has promoted Scott Dragoo  to global head of research. In his new capacity, Dragoo, who joined the firm in 2005 and most recently served as head of research for the U.S., will oversee the research teams in both the London and New York offices. He will report to Brendan Robertson, who has become head of investments.

FIM has also expanded its risk team with the addition of Antony Clark as senior risk analyst. Previously, Clark spent seven years at Gartmore as a derivatives and risk and performance analyst before working at Integrated Alternative Advisers as a hedge fund analyst.

Also, Brian Clegg has joined the firm from Emcor Securities as an analyst in New York where he will focus his research efforts on U.S. long/short equity funds.
