Titan Chief's Wife Can’t Have Racy Photos

Jun 7 2012 | 11:24am ET

The wife of Titan Capital Group founder Russell Abrams can't have topless pictures of herself, held by Abrams' former assistant, back.

Sandra Abrams had sued Danielle Pecile, demanding that she turn over a CD featuring the racy pictures from her honeymoon. For her part, Pecile says the pictures are evidence in her sexual harassment lawsuit against Russell Abrams and Titan.

New York State Judge Eileen Rakower dismissed Sandra Abrams' suit, which argued that the pictures belonged to her because they were of her body. But "such allegations do not establish ownership," the judge ruled.

Pecile and another former Titan assistant, Cristina Culicea, have accused Russell Abrams and his brother Marc—Pecile's ex-boyfriend—of being abusive during their tenures at the hedge fund. Pecile has said that Russell Abrams forced her to print copies of the topless photos, savoring her "embarrassment and discomfort."
